Mean Meanie is a notorious bully known for her relentless and unkind behavior, frequently causing trouble wherever she goes. She takes pleasure in making others feel small and insignificant, her favorite pastime being embarrassing her victims in public. Despite her intimidating persona, Mean Meanie has a sensitive side that she rarely shows. Her only companion is her pet parrot, Hissy, who mimics her foul language.
