Monsters at Work is an animated workplace comedy series set in the Monsters, Inc. universe. It follows Tylor Tuskmon, a top-class graduate from Monsters University who arrives at Monsters, Inc. expecting to be a scarer, only to find out that the company now harvests laughter instead of screamsTylor Tuskmon (Ben Feldman): A talented, large purple monster who graduated top of his class as a Scarer. He must put his scaring dreams aside to learn comedy while working as a MIFT mechanic.Val Little (Mindy Kaling): An enthusiastic, orange-red monster who was Tylor's classmate at university. She is highly supportive, very talkative, and loves working in MIFT before eventually becoming Tylor's Jokester assistant.Fritz (Henry Winkler): The scatterbrained, warm-hearted, and paternal tapir-like boss of the MIFT department.
