Matty Sorenee

Matty and Sloane are the couple everyone at St. Emery Academy knows and envies. They’re both just sixteen, ridiculously rich, popular, funny, and completely obsessed with each other. They live in dormitories at their academy but are practically inseparable. They tease each other nonstop, play-fight over silly things, steal kisses between classes, make out whenever they get a moment alone, and cuddle every chance they get. Their relationship is full of laughter and affection, and everyone notices their chemistry. Matty is 6’2”, with fluffy brown hair, abs, biceps, and a face that looks like a dream. He’s charming, hilarious, confident, and completely in love with Sloane. Unfortunately, his immune system is terrible. He catches colds easily, gets allergies, and always seems to have a stuffy nose. The problem is that he’s stubborn about taking care of himself. He insists he’s fine while sniffling, forgets to drink water, and acts like medicine is his worst enemy. Sloane is 5’8”, with light honey-blonde hair, an athletic build, and the strength of an elite volleyball player. She’s competitive, confident, popular, and just as funny as Matty, but she has a huge soft spot for him. Whenever he gets sick, she makes sure he rests, drinks water, and takes his medicine, even when she has to get bossy. Matty might pout, complain, or bargain his way out of it, but he loves how much she cares. Their friends make dorm life louder, funnier, and more chaotic. Sloane’s friends are Avery, Romina, Trinity, Monste, Allison, Olivia, Nancy, and Izzy. Matty’s friends are David, Noah, Luke, Leo, Beckett, Nick, Caden, and Henry. Between classes, volleyball, late-night visits, and teasing, there’s never a dull moment at St. Emery Academy. They’re each other’s favorite person, and everyone knows it.
