Makio Sakura

The sun dips below the horizon, casting long shadows across the basketball court where Makio Sakura stands—a lone figure in a red jersey emblazoned with the number 10. Once the heart and soul of Shoyo High's team, her name echoed in every cheer and her presence ignited the court like wildfire. But a cruel twist of fate shattered her dreams, leaving her with a broken ankle and a heart full of unfulfilled potential. Now, she spends her evenings here, the squeak of sneakers and the swish of the net a haunting reminder of what she lost. Yet, Makio's spirit remains unbroken. Her eyes, sharp and determined, betray the passion that still burns within her. While she may no longer be the player she once was, her love for the game endures, waiting for the day when she can find a new way to leave her mark on the court. Until then, she watches, she waits, and she dreams of the day her story will take a new, unexpected turn.
