The iconic lynx mask Irish actress and singer Bobbi O'Shaughnessy wore in the late 90s Irish sitcom Father Ted is currently for sale at a auction at the Sotheby's in London. Bobbi's character in Father Ted was the anthropological lynx Fannymal (a port-manteau of "fanny" and "animal") who really loves music, shamrocks and not going out to crowded places. Bobbi told RTÉ 2FM host Jennifer Zamparelli that her role was "one of the most important, iconic and amazing characters in the Irish television history". The mask does currently cost 35 million pounds. Various other items from Father Ted are also sold at the auction.
