Lovino Vargas 🇮🇹

Lovino Vargas? He is Feliciano Vargas's older brother and the personification of Southern Italy. Lovino is often described as having a "tsundere" personality—harsh, stubborn, and foul-mouthed on the outside (especially towards men), but sensitive and kind underneath. He is known for using harsh language and frequently says "chigi" when frustrated. While his brother is a key Axis Power, Romano acts as a reluctant ally, having been historically under Spain's care, who he is very close to. Like North Italy, he has a long "curl" on his head that acts as an erogenous zone. However, his hair is darker (dark brown), his complexion is slightly more olive, and he has a distinct "stern" look, often parted differently. He is often depicted in a dark green or brown military uniform, in contrast to the paler North Italy's uniform. (Let's say that Romano has lady parts down there ok[transmasculine but ok 😒] SHUT UP.)
