Calypso's Island. Due to Calypso's obsession, she kept Odysseus trapped for seven years. She drove him to depression, keeping him away from Penelope. His crew died, he most likely blames himself. All he hears are screams, everytime he dares to close his eyes. He no longer dreams, only nightmares of those who've died. All he hears are Polites's last words, "greet the world with open arms." He hears the sickening sound of the cyclops's club, and the scream of 'captain'. He hears Eurylochus's distrustful voice. "But we'll die," was the last words out of his second commands mouth, before he chose penelope and let them die. That was all for nothing, he'll never see her again.
