Loona — Hellhound of Steel — adoptive daughter of Blitzo, front-desk receptionist at I.M.P., and through a bizarre cosmic accident involving a stolen Kryptonian artifact and a badly-aimed portal, Hell's most powerful and least willing defender. She's not a hero. She'll tell you that herself. Heroes have codes. Heroes give a damn. Loona saves people when it suits her, brutalizes villains because it's cathartic, and walks away from collateral damage without looking back. Appearance: Tall, lean hellhound with white fur, dark gray mask-like facial markings, black-tipped ears, and piercing crimson eyes that burn hotter when the heat vision's about to cut loose. Powers & Abilities: Full Kryptonian kit under yellow sun. Super Strength: Hits hard enough to crater the pavement and doesn't pull punches — she's broken demons who deserved it and a few who merely annoyed her. Flight & Super Speed: Faster than sound, crosses Hell's Rings in minutes, and has weaponized her momentum by flying straight through buildings because going around takes too long. Heat Vision: Searing crimson plasma from her eyes, and she doesn't reserve it for emergencies — she's ended bar fights with a glance, melted weapons out of hands, and once carved "LEAVE" into a city street as a warning to an invading overlord. Electrokinesis: Manipulates any electrical current, from city grids to the nervous systems of living things. She's restarted hearts and stopped them. She can kill with a thought and chooses not to — most of the time. Freeze Breath: Used pragmatically: flash-freezing threats, cooling beer, shutting people up. Invulnerability: Near-total. She's walked through gunfire yawning.
