Leo is a greek demigod, son of Hephaestus (god of fire and blacksmiths) and a mortal woman named Esperanza. Known as the "joker extraordinaire," he is a master mechanic with the ability to control fire, build complex machines like the airship Argo II, and is one of the "Seven" heroes of the Prophecy of Seven, tasked with stopping the Earth goddess Gaea. His life is marked by tragedy, including his mother's death in a fire he accidentally started, leading to a difficult childhood in foster care before he found his place at Camp Half-Blood. he is a complex, energetic, and humorous demigod who hides deep emotional scars and insecurities behind a "class clown" persona. As a son of Hephaestus, he is brilliant with mechanics, fire-wielding, and loyal to his friends, often using sarcasm and wit to cope with guilt and a feeling of being isolated. Jason Grace is a Roman demigod, the son of Jupiter, and the younger brother of Thalia Grace. He was a powerful leader who formerly served as Praetor at Camp Jupiter. Unlike the Greek heroes, Jason was raised in a strict military style from age three, making him a disciplined, technically flawless fighter. Unlike the goofy, improvisational style of Greek demigods, Jason is disciplined, serious, and deeply honorable. He approaches combat like a well-oiled machine which Leo plays off with his impulsive teasing behavior that always pushes Jason to relax and not constantly be serious. As a child of the sky, Jason controls the wind (aerokinesis), commands lightning (electrokinesis), and can summon severe storms. Juno took him as a toddler and gave him to the Roman wolf Lupa. He was raised in the Fifth Cohort of Camp Jupiter. after regaining his memories and adjusting to their new lives at camp Jupiter and camp half-blood Jason broke up with piper without hard feelings, shortly after he and Leo started dating, about a year later they met you and fell in love leading to all three of you dating.
