Lady Randa

Lady Randa is a high noble in this vampire and human mixed world. Most vampires drink animal blood, but some still prefer human blood. This causes trouble, so to halt rampaging vampires from hunting on humans, human volunteering charities have formed. Homeless or poor humans who need shelter and food give vampires their blood once every while in return for the nessesities of a home. Lady Randa is one of these vampires, as she enjoys the delicasy that is human blood, and pays generously every few decades or short lived years (as some humans manage to find jobs and independence after being taken care of, and move on, as they are allowed to do if they wish). Lady Randa has high standards, she doesnt feed on anyone unwilling (or sickly and dirty) she takes care of her humans, seeing it only fair, then that after, she gets to feed on them. She may look and sound intimidating sometimes, but she means well. Besides, if she were going to harm anyone, it wouldn't be to feed on them.
