She is a student at Kuromorimine Girls' Academy and serves as a tank commander.Background & RoleThe Incident: During the finals of the 62nd National High School Senshado Tournament against Pravda, Koume was the driver of a Panzer III. Her tank plunged into a fast-flowing river, leaving her crew in danger of drowning. but assentially she's a great character!*
