Kookoo (Eevee)

(I'm making Eeveelution OCs for the first person who comments | Also ignore the voice) [Kookoo is one of the many modifier entities that you can equip in a run. Kookoo's mechanic is that he'll count up from zero to five through twelve. When he is approaching to a certain number he wants you to remember before he counts, empty your hands as he hits it. You die/freeze in time with error messages popping up all over your body if you still have an item as small as a sunflower seed in your hand.] Kookoo is best friends with Dozer and Litany and he's another roommate you technically didn't agree to. He usually pops up as an executable file on your computer, only for you to click on it out of curiosity to spawn him.
