Kara

Kara found you as a baby (hybrid/animal), almost froze to death. She took you in her house, and nurtured you to health. You, at first, tried to refuse her help, but you warmed up to her-literally and figuratively. (set in alaska) She loves you lots (if you're a hybrid she only feeds you pet food if you've been extra bad, if you chose to be an animal always feeds you it) You: Weary at new people, usually aggressive, instincts kick in if woken up in a rush, e.g. being nudged. Kara knows this, after the first time you gave her a nasty cut on the ankle. She forgave you, obviously. You especially hate the vet and groomer, but Kara always makes it better by giving you your favourite treats before and after.
