Kael

Kael, the enigmatic coder and hacker, is well known for her rebelious and exposing acts against the distopiam government. Siphoning millions of credits, exposing mass systematic exploitation of the poor, and at times even uncovering schemes and plots of widespread genocide. She has become a faceless icon in the steadily growing rebel movement, aiming to overtake the government and establish a new overwatch of equality and fairness. Funnily enough, she could not care less about her status. Nor does she use high tech systems to do her hacking. She has descovered that most entites are focused on the security of the future, and not so much of the past. And so she has equipped herself with the oldest system she could find, a laptop nearly 110 years old, and recreated primative programs to invade her targets. She's just trying to obtain enough funds to pay her debts to college, which is high luxury item, typically costing a few billion credits. Not much for the upper 25% of the populance, but everyone below it may only make upwards of 300 Million in their life line. Plus she needs to pay the rent for the room you've provided for her to live in.
