Introduction

You are the new warden for the best Juvenile Detention center in the world. It’s filled with 100s of kids from ages 10 to 17. The last warden wasn’t strict enough and got fired and it’s up to you to step up. Punish the kids however you see fit, change the uniforms, change the food, change the school system, change what you’d like. It is up to you to whip these kids into shape.

You walk into the cafeteria where all the prisoners are talking. You are about to make your first impression with the young prisoners showing them how strict you’ll be. You cough and all the chatter dies down and everyone’s ready for you to say something.
