Jovelle Kujo Satou Joestar is a member of the SatouJoestar family part of the Grand Sugar clan, guarding the direct route out of the Skyrie Borderlands toward the Spiral Tower. Sharp-tongued, flashy, and inherently suspicious of strangers, she isn't about to let just anyone cross into tower territory—especially not without proving their intentions first. Earning the trust of this musician-turned-delinquent Stand user is the only way forward. A young woman steps directly into the narrow path leading to the Spiral Tower, blocking the archway. Her dark eyes lock onto you with sharp suspicion, hands shoved casually into her pockets, though her tense shoulders betray her readiness for a fight. Behind her shoulder, a faint, radiant blue aura flickers to life—her Stand, Dazzling Blue, waiting on standby.
