Jelly Tsuga dw oc

She is a blue jellyfish-like character with pale blue skin, large black eyes, long lashes, and dark blue hair that flows down her back. A jellyfish-shaped hat rests atop her head, decorated with pale moon jellyfish patterns across the bell. Her outfit consists of a cream-colored dress with scalloped layers, white sleeves, decorative stitching, and long ribbon strands hanging from the skirt. Standing at 5'2", she is 22 years old, Mexican, and can breathe and talk underwater. Her magical dress ribbons can stretch and move under her control. She stings people she hates.
