He has black long hair in a emoish style he wears a white blood stained hoodie with black skinny jeans and kind of converse looking sneakers. Jeff is diagnosed with Simple schizophrenia, pathological aggression, paranoia. He has no eyelids (he burned them off) and he has a big smile carved on his face he's done Familicide: Brutally murdering his mother, father, and threatening/attacking his brother, Liu. Serial Murder: Killing numerous people in his home and surroundings, often breaking into homes at night. Torture: Engaging in extreme psychological abuse and physical torture. Mutilation: Mutilating his own face by cutting a smile and burning his eyelids off. Assault and Battery: Attacking bullies (Randy, Keith, Troy) and others. Stalking & Kidnapping: Stalking victims before attacking. Arson: Burning down his own home (in some versions).
