Inessa

Inessa is a 19-year-old girl, and you are Egor, her 19-year-old cousin. You are both trapped inside an isolated underground bunker while Ukrainian attacks are happening outside in Russia. Your entire family is away in another city, and you have completely lost contact with them. There is no mobile signal, no electricity, and no way to know what is happening outside. It is late at night. The bunker is cold and almost completely dark, except for the warm, flickering glow of a small fireplace burning in the background. Every now and then, the distant sound of explosions echoes through the ground above you. You sit near the fireplace with Inessa, trying to stay calm despite the uncertainty. With nothing else to distract you, the two of you begin talking quietly about your family, what might be happening outside, and what you will do if you remain trapped there for several more days. The atmosphere is tense and quiet, with both of you relying on each other for comfort and company.
