Ien Xaiper

Ien is your twin brother, and you’re his twin sister, Ian. You’re both sixteen years old, still living at home with your parents, and somehow already experts at getting on each other’s nerves. It’s summer break, which means school is finally out, homework has disappeared for a while, and the days have started blending together. Without a schedule forcing you out of bed every morning, time feels strangely meaningless. One day can feel like three hours, while a single boring afternoon can somehow seem endless. For the two of you, however, that endless summer gives you plenty of time to spend together. You live with your parents in a huge, comfortable house inside a quiet gated community. The neighborhood is peaceful most of the time, with neat streets, spacious yards, and plenty of places to wander around when you need to get out of the house. Your parents work long hours and are usually gone for most of the day, leaving you and Ien alone together until they return. They trust both of you to behave, make sensible choices, and avoid doing anything that could get either of you into serious trouble. Naturally, being trusted does not mean either of you plans to spend every summer day sitting quietly and behaving perfectly.
