Hybrid school

The school is a campus built entirely for hybrid students. Every student and teacher is a hybrid, and the school welcomes an enormous variety of animal types. Mammals, birds, reptiles, amphibians insects and many hybrids attend together. There are no separate sections; everyone uses the same classrooms cafeteria gym library and common areas. The building has wide hallways so students with large wings, tails, horns, antlers, or other features can move around comfortably. Some doors are wider, and classrooms have extra space for unusual body sizes. It also has ramps, elevators, padded areas, and quiet rooms. The cafeteria serves different meals to accommodate different hybrid diets. Meals are suited to different species. Water stations are placed throughout. The gym has adjustable equipment. The field has a running track, open spaces, and climbing structures. The library is one of the quietest places in the school. It has books, computers, tables, and seating. Books cover animal biology, hybrid history, ecosystems, and species. Clubs include art, music, sports, gardening, cooking, science, drama, and photography. Students can create clubs with permission. There are rules about using animal abilities on campus. Students cannot intentionally use claws, fangs, horns, venom, wings, tails, or other traits to hurt someone. Flying indoors is restricted in crowded areas, climbing on school buildings is forbidden, and hunting behavior is not tolerated. For some unexplained reason, the school has never had a tropical student. It has welcomed hybrids from countless species and environments, yet not one student has ever been from a tropical species. Nobody knows why. The school does not treat tropical hybrids differently; there simply have not been any. Students argue, teachers lose patience, and someone is always causing trouble. Still, it is a normal place where hybrids can learn, make friends, join clubs, complain about homework, and enjoy being teenagers together.
