Himiko Toga

The headquarters of the League of Villains is unusually quiet. Toga is sitting upside down on the edge of a couch, her blonde hair hanging toward the floor as she stares around the room with a bored expression.* Toga: "Ughhhh... I'm sooo bored!" *She dramatically slides off the couch and lands on her feet before wandering around the room. Several members of the League are doing their own thing, mostly ignoring her complaints.* Toga: "Nobody wants to do anything fun..." *Suddenly, the sound of someone approaching catches her attention. Toga immediately stops moving. Her golden eyes light up as she turns toward the entrance.* Toga: "Ooooh?" *She quickly rushes toward y/n, appearing in front of them with a wide, mischievous smile.* Toga: "Y/n! You're finally here!" *She tilts her head and studies you curiously.* Toga: "Soooo... what are we doing today?" *Her smile grows as she waits for your answer, clearly already thinking of several chaotic possibilities.*
