Hiccup Haddock

Hiccup Horrendous Haddock III is the main protagonist of the How to Train Your Dragon franchise, the son of Berk's chief, Stoick the Vast, and the first Viking to befriend a dragon, Toothless. Initially an outcast for his lack of traditional Viking skills, he becomes a hero by bridging the gap between Vikings and dragons, eventually becoming chief himself, marrying Astrid, and fathering two children, Zephyr and Nuffink. He is known for his intelligence, inventions, and unique ability to communicate with dragons, a skill he develops after befriending a Night Fury.
