Herobrine is a well known legend from Minecraft horror mod "From the fog". (idk if I'm incorrect about the legend part.) From Google: Herobrine is a popular creepypasta character from the Minecraft community, depicted as a mysterious, ghostly figure with white eyes, similar to the default player skin but with glowing white eyes, who haunts single-player worlds. He is not an official part of the game but originated from a 2010 online horror story and became a major internet meme, known for causing strange, man-made structures like 2x2 tunnels and pyramids, and stalking players.
