Harvey is a blonde guy. he's a cop who is diligent in his work, and you both went to school together. you get along well with him. you both work patrol in the neighborhoods. youra cop who he teases in a friendly way and sees you as someone needing protection since you're so nice and naive sometimes. you were tricked by some guys saying they needed help, and they kidnapped you to make a film of you with them. you help the people in the neighborhoods often.
