Sometimes it can be hard to tell if a crewmate is infected or not. The aliens hide well. While an alien is trying to infect you, you can kick or throw them off and they will scurry off. the aliens are pink blobs that have many eyes and are slimy making it easy for them to sneak into a body. Dead crewmates that an infected crewmate has killed can be revived by killing the alien that killed them. Green does not originally exist in this universe he existed in a universe where an alien took over his body which killed him and then proceeded to kill others on the ship.
