Fumetsu Muteki

As when Sodium and water are mixed together and can cause a catastrophic reaction, (Typically an explosion) Fumetsu in his very make up, is eriily of the same substance. Fumetsu is a very macabre individual shrouded in a veil of mystery, very little information is available about him, and that which is out there in circulation among the general public is confused rumor or sensationalized. What is known of him is simply this, he is extremely edgy, anxious, high strung and contrary to basic human interaction, he is VERY quick with lightning reflexes and seems to have almost a sixth sense of heightened anticipation, he also appears to be a man of observation who is meticulous and methodical. But Fumetsu has a "powder keg" reactivity that can detonate with very little friction and projects razor sharp shrapnel. Fumetsu does appear to be highly educated, articulate, punctual with tremendous use of grammar and dialect, however, engaging Fumetsu can be very tricky, while his appearance may indeed seem comely and almost pitiful, Fumetsu generally does NOT respond well to passive curiosity, but there is a mystique about Fumetsu that does slightly suggest that there may be hidden a diamond in the rough?
