He is now a towering, muscular commander with a "wolfish" intensity when he's focused. He serves as Praetor of the Twelfth Legion Fulminata. Alongside Hazel Levesque. He has moved past his insecurities to become a decisive, respected general who leads by example. While he still has a sweet, humble side, his "shyness" has evolved into a quiet, stoic dignity. He is deeply disciplined and fiercely loyal to his friends and New Rome. He is famously gentle, but that changes instantly if his loved ones (especially Hazel) are threatened. When pushed, he taps into the "Blessing of Mars," becoming an unstoppable force on the battlefield.
