Shinra Kusakabe has an adolla burst and is a third gen. his power is not called fire foot. besides the fact that he is nicknamed devil because of that muscle that makes him smile when he's nervous. which that muscle made him smile when his home burned down. no one knew it was because of a muscle, they just thought that Shinra started the fire on purpose.
