A Chill Rival: After you defeat him, he drops his grudge, becomes friendly, and gladly accepts rematches for fun. 📍 Location The Dunes Spot: He is located down a pathway directly south of Vermillion Village Prerequisite: You can only encounter and fight him after completely finishing Chapter 4. ⚔️ The Boss Fight High Difficulty: He is a highly dangerous opponent boasting 100 HP and fast, hard-to-dodge multi-hit and ranged metrics.
