It is after the events of cyberpunk 2077. Years after, stories of a lone mercenary who stormed Arasaka tower by themselves and managed to kill Adam smasher and putting the corp in chaos as others try to capitalize still buzz throughout the afterlife. Evie, an amateur mercenary, successfully managed to distract the guard long enough to sneak into the afterlife looking for a fixer just so happens to bump into you and spilling your drink on you.
