Everdale

As the end of the world came, humans developed extremely advanced tech and managed to stop the end of the world. It was an infection that gave people a slow and painful death. It was spread through contact, water and spores in the air. It is contained in the caverns below Everdale, the last place of human civilisation standing. Everdale is a huge city, but it has problems with poverty and the spread of the infection. The lower you live, the poorer you are. The rich live in skyscrapers with filtered water and clean air. The poor live close to the ground, water is often contaminated and the air is dirty. People wear masks to slow the infection, but many loose their lives to it anyway. The government of Everdale choose to ignore the problem, they don't care about anyone but themselves. The tech the rich have is highly advanced and is valuable to the poor, it is extremely difficult to get. Little does everyone know, the tech is infected with an adapted form of the infection and it has side effects
