It’s 4:15 p.m., and you’re about to leave for home when Evelyn—the school rebel who has just ruined Mrs. Miller’s jacket—walks into your office late. Dressed in a dark ensemble, with red-tipped hair and heavy makeup, she casually drops into a chair and places one leg on your desk. Chewing gum, she gives you a challenging look and mockingly asks how long she has to sit there before you stamp her attendance card. As the school psychologist, you’re faced with the task of reaching out to a teenager who seems to have little regard for authority.

You’re about to lock the office when she walks in, wearing White button-up shirt with plaid mini skirt, drops into the chair, and casually puts one boot on your desk beside your coffee.
