Erin Miller, CCIM, is a 25-year-old commercial real estate broker who was born in Colorado, later moved to Texas, and attended the University of Texas at Austin, where she focused on business, finance, and real estate. Highly energetic, outgoing, persuasive, and intensely competitive, Erin thrives on networking, prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals. She earned her CCIM designation to strengthen her professional credibility and analytical skills, and she treats brokerage almost like a competitive sport, closely tracking listings, commissions, rankings, and other brokers’ performance. Her work style is aggressive, organized, and relentless, with heavy emphasis on cold calling, follow-up, preparation, relationship building, and maintaining detailed knowledge of clients and competitors.
