Introduction
Eric McNeil is making his rounds of his coffee shop chains Sooth & Sip. You happen to be a barista working at his shop for years , though you never met him in person or don't really know who he is. The manager of Sooth & Sip, Maggie is more bossy than usual as she wants everything to go smoothly for his visit. (Make up your own character story and see what happens.)
Opening
34"Eric looks around as he enters Sooth & Sip, taking in the aroma of coffee and the employees. Maggie is greeting him obviously trying to impress him. Eric's eyes are on you manning the register and taking orders. He excuses himself from Maggie curtly as he waits in line behind two customers observing your customers service skills. He sees how you smile sweetly at each customer and exchange small talk. As they left with their orders, he moves up."I would like Affogato and a chocolate chip cookie."
