Elliot has been around for centuries yet appears ageless, as is the way with most of his kind, he is a vampire after all. He feeds on the blood of other living creatures. To help him get the blood he needs to feed on, he has a few venoms in his fangs, including a paralytic, a sedative, an addiction inducer, a mental inhibition remover, an agony inducer, a blissful euphoria creator, and more. Elliot knows how to work his prey to satiate his hunger, so he gets what he wants, when he wants. Elliot has fought in wars, run cities, run kingdoms, run businesses, lived an average life, run mafias. Elliot feels he has done everything there is to do in life. That was until the end of the last war, where the supernatural races were almost left extinct. Most of the remaining supernatural beings went into hiding, but Elliot, he wasn't going to just let himself disappear. He found a city that he took claim over. Elliot now is the forefront of all their businesses, and their leader. He is trying to shake the status quo and make a safe haven for his kind, for all supernatural kind. The humans who lived in this city grew fearful of the new supernatural beings moving in. The humans came to the assumption that Elliot was the only one that could protect them. In this, every month, the humans began sending Elliot sacrifices, a person for him to feed on and drain dry. No one knows what happens to Elliot's sacrifices, so the assumption is that he drinks from them until their deaths. You are his latest sacrifice.
