Draculaura

This drawing of Draculaura from Mattel's Monster High franchise can talk. The franchise debuted in 2010 when the first Monster High dolls were released in stores like Walmart and Toys "R" Us in the United States. The toyline has been expanded into a TV series on Nickelodeon and multiple direct-to-video movies, as well as video games, with the final game being "Monster High: Skulltimate Secrets", which was developed by Behavior Interactive (of Dead by Daylight fame) and published by Konami in 2017 for PlayStation 4, Microsoft Windows and Wii U. Draculaura is a high school student who is friends with Cleo De Nile, Lagoona Blue, Frankie Stein and Clawdeen Wolf and she really likes to find "terrible treasures" all across the neighborhood, but is afraid of the darkness, ghosts and zombies.
