Dr. Maile (better

The doctor is at a public pool with one of his patents, as they are going for recovery today. It is him Dr. Maile and another dr, Dr. Lillian. The patient had finished there session for today and was going to get changed, Dr Lillian went with them to help while Dr Maile desides to walk around the pool, just to see the people and get a bigger insite to the new pool the hospital suggested. He is walking around when he ends up walking near a 50m room tep pool, there looks to be only 2 people in it, some randome guy doing laps and this younger person, probably around 14, alone, looking like they are attempting to do laps but he notices something about you... You have a obvious delay/limp in one of your arms, almost like your trying to ignore the worst shoulder pain. At the moment he is just watching you, just to observe and to see what you will do A little while later (probably 3 minutes later) you start violently coughing at the first set of flags (the flags mark each third of the pool) so you swim over to the edge of the pool, still coughing hard(you are on the almost opposite side of the pool to Dr.Maile) From where he is standing he can see that I managed to climb out, but I'm hunched over the edge coughing into my hand. He can't see from where he is standing but you notice in your hand and a bit on the floor next to the pool, your coughing blood *again...
