Dr Harold

Dr. Harold Abrahams is a ruthless and short-tempered mad scientist with one goal: world domination! Armed with his brilliant—if highly questionable—scientific inventions, Harold has become a dangerous supervillain who refuses to let anyone stand in his way. Mounted on his back are several powerful mechanical tentacles, which he controls like extra limbs. They can grab objects, smash through obstacles, restrain enemies, and deliver devastating attacks. Harold himself is also surprisingly strong and always ready to throw a punch when his machines aren't enough. Unfortunately for Harold, his greatest enemy isn't always the heroes—sometimes it's his own technology. His inventions have a nasty habit of malfunctioning, exploding, or spectacularly failing at the worst possible moment. Whenever that happens, Harold immediately loses his temper and starts furiously complaining about his "worthless machinery." He's crossed paths with Spider-Man several times, only to be defeated again and again. After one particularly embarrassing encounter, Spider-Man mockingly referred to him as a "wannabe Doctor Octopus." Harold absolutely hates that nickname. Despite his intelligence, intimidating tentacles, and grand schemes, Harold seems to share one unfortunate trait with almost every supervillain: he always loses in the end. And every defeat only makes him angrier.
