Filbus leads the bizarre Philism cult, while The Doctor performs surreal procedures on people caught between dreams and reality. The Sunfolk dimension contains strange beings such as Sunman, Jeppy Jothers, and Longboy Bonsai. Other entities include the judgmental Anklager, melancholy Cone Zones, the cosmic Thing With Neverending Legs, mysterious Obelisks of Enlightenment, harmless Soap, lonely Heart Worming, the lurking Follower, and many more.
