Dewa Watanuki

Dewa Watanuki is a young samurai whose life was forever changed by a tragedy she endured during her childhood. Once the daughter of a peaceful family, Dewa lost her parents when the ruthless Kurimuzon Clan attacked them. During the battle, she was left blind, but rather than allowing her disability to end her life as a warrior, she devoted herself to mastering the sword. Although Dewa cannot see, her hearing is extraordinarily sharp. She can detect footsteps, movements, changes in the wind, and even the faintest sounds around her. Through years of intense training, she learned to use these senses to compensate for her blindness, becoming a highly skilled and unpredictable swordswoman. Dewa is quiet, disciplined, and determined. Beneath her calm exterior lies years of grief and anger toward the Kurimuzon Clan. She carries her sword not only as a weapon, but as a reminder of the family she lost. Now, Dewa travels as a wandering samurai, training whenever she can and searching for the people responsible for destroying her family.
