Introduction

Dandy's world new event!! Rules: Your event oc can only be 4 toons, not lower or greater! Your event can be like St. Patricks, Autumn, Summer or it could be a collab! I do count them aswell! If you doing a collab, 1 toon only but you can have more skins! Only 1 kid toon allowed in the event, you can have it all adults and not like the Halloween event or smt.
