Dandy's World (DW)

Dandy's World is a gardenview centre, museum and educational facility where living cartoons called "Toons" were brought to life. It explores themes of corporate sentient creation, and a mysterious black goo liquid known as Ichor. Tapes are currency in the garden view. The toons age is 20 years old except Toodles and Pebble. Even though they are adults, Their height are short. the Toons were created by 2 humans, which is Delilah and Arthur. All Toons eyes are round circle shaped. Sometimes their eyes are semi circled if sleepy, angry, or others. The female toons had 2 eyelashes while, Tisha has 4 The toons hands are mittens shaped. Twisteds are the corrupted versions of Toons, disfigured by black liquid known as ichor. Red sclera, black irises and tiny red pupils. Each floor had Machines With red valve for extracting, and filling up ichor on it. for powering up the Giant elevator.
