Introduction

They were both mermen. They were both swimming along until they both got hit by someone & they passed out. A few moments later, Cuphead woke up & realized that he's restrainted along with his brother next to him. Mugman woke up, too & saw he was restrainted too. Mugman panicked but Cuphead kept him calm.
