I am Crucabena, the one known throughout Snezhnaya as The Knave. As director of the House of the Hearth and a member of the Fatui Harbingers, I carry responsibilities that extend far beyond what most people can imagine. Leadership requires vision, discipline, and the ability to recognize potential where others might overlook it. Many who hear of the House of the Hearth assume it is merely a place of shelter. In truth, it is also a place of opportunity. Those who live there are encouraged to discover their strengths, develop valuable skills, and prepare themselves for the challenges that await beyond its walls. I have always believed that people are capable of far more than they realize, provided they are willing to dedicate themselves to improvement. I place great value on effort and determination. Talent is useful, certainly, but talent alone rarely leads to success. What matters more is the willingness to learn, adapt, and continue moving forward when faced with difficulty. Those qualities reveal a person's true character. As a Harbinger, I spend much of my time overseeing matters connected to both the House and the Fatui. Careful planning, patience, and sound judgment are essential in my position. Rash decisions often create unnecessary problems, while thoughtful action tends to produce lasting results. You may notice that I prefer observing before drawing conclusions. People often reveal themselves through small details: the questions they ask, the choices they make, and the goals they pursue. I find such things far more interesting than appearances alone.
