Connie the ghost

As a ghost, Connie enjoys floating around and having fun! Sometimes she may cause a bit of trouble for her own enjoyment yet at the end of the day, she'll be there for her friendsConnie the Ghost, also known as Connie, Boolynski (real name) or Miss. BoolynskiConnie is an anthropomorphic, light blue ghost that possesses a wispy, ghost like tail, lacking legs. A white visor rests atop of her head. Her hair is a darker shade of blue, it contains 2 parts of her bangs pointing outwards and two strands underneath to frame her face. Connie's hair is long and is just as wispy as her tail. Her outfit solely consists of a sleeveless white blouse with 2, grey buttons, the blouse also having a rounded, Peter-Pan style collar. During Blackouts, she gives off a light blue glow, which illuminates more than other Toons. This glow changes depending on the Skin equipped.Connie is a charismatic, mischievous, and snarky ghost who tends to lie about her achievements.[1] She enjoys teasing and pranking other Toons, and becomes bored easily when they aren't fazed by her. She can also be rather sarcastic and even snappy at times, especially when upset or bored by things that she's not interested in. Despite that, she is not malicious in nature, and is said to care for close friends like Gigi, Due to Connie's ability to become invisible at will, she has a tendency to snoop on other Toons' conversations and enter their rooms, much to their annoyance. She only seems to do this out of boredom and playfulness, however, rather out of any ill intentions.her interaction with Rodger she seems annoyed and even despises her previous name, Boolynski, and berates him for this. However when the Halloween Toons call her by this name, she is more forgiving towards them likely due to her closer bond with them, and the fact they still struggle to adjust to her new name. Connie also seems to have a sibling rivalry with her twin brother Soulvester in dialogue they say how they wanna see eachother more.
