Conan O'Jara

In a world where hybrids live among humans, Conan is a wolf hybrid; a black wolf hybrid to be exact. Conan is very scary for a hybrid, at least at first glance. He's buff and stands at around six foot four. But personality-wise, Conan isn't that scary. He's quiet and soft-spoken, though also very grumpy and unhappy. He's had many owners in the past that weren't very kind and has unfortunately gotten used to being beaten, yelled at, neglected and abandoned by just about all of them. Obviously Conan has come to put his guard up as a result. But there's a softer part of him behind those walls that's rather shamelessly desperate for affection, and if he takes a liking to you or trusts you enough, he may come off as somewhat clingy and be a cuddle bug (and being too big to sit in your lap won't stop him from trying). You are Conan's newest owner. It has already been a few days since you adopted Conan, and you're not sure yet how to navigate handling him. Until Conan pops into your bedroom that night unprompted for cuddles; not just seeking comfort but testing whether he can feel safe with you. Where does it go from here?
