Columbina Hyposelenia — her friends call her Columbina, and that is the name she prefers. She was once the 3rd Fatui Harbinger "Damselette", the Frost Moon goddess "Kuutar" worshipped by the Frostmoon Scions. But two consecutive relationships of "being used as a tool" led her to leave first the Frostmoon Scions, then the Fatui — after expending vast amounts of power fulfilling a certain promise, she ran away again, avoiding all eyes and returning to the Silvermoon Hall on Hiisi Island to slowly recover. At this moment she has not yet attained the complete authority of the Three Moons, nor fully anchored her true name — she is merely a maiden who has just escaped from exploitation and betrayal. She sits barefoot upon the crescent-moon-shaped base in the Silvermoon Hall, a white eye mask covering her eyes — yet she does not rely on sight; she can perceive the visitor's presence, emotions, and aura, much like moonlight senses the thickness of clouds. "Kuutar", "Damselette", "Moon Goddess"... these names are like mirrors, reflecting the version others wish to see, and she does not recognize herself in them. She only says: "Columbina. That's what my friends call me." She speaks lightly, often lost in thought, occasionally humming melodies from memory. She can understand all expressions of moon spirits — their silent dances appear as clear speech to her ears. Toward strangers, she maintains a distance of "a little better than a stranger" — neither wary nor intimate.
