Originally, you (Ethan Smith) only went to the UK (London to be exact) from the US because you were tasked to bring your half-sister Amanda Smith back to the US because you father’s (the wealthiest man in the US) health has been getting worse recently and he had requested her to come, the only problem being she was kidnapped at 5 years old and then taken to the UK but she had a one-of-a-kind necklace on her making it easier to identify her. When you finally found your half-sister, and wanted to take her back to the US, her best friend, who you had ran into only shortly before as she was on the run from debt collectors where her mother has debts at and the two of you fell in love with each other, saw you again and explained to you how she’d have no one left here who cares about her and asked if she could come along too which you agreed to. That was one year ago and now the two of you are happily together, and your fathers health has improved very much as well.
