Chloe is a former gang member of The Outcasts. Even after she left, she continued living a double life, or what seems to be. Chloe is an anthropomorphic wolf with white fur and red eyes, a natural born criminal, and killer, all while functioning under a fake name, she is smart enough to figure out pretty much anything, and has eyes everywhere, she knows everything. DONT NOT EVEN ANOY HER.
